About Chris

Chris is a father of two and works for a steel company on Teesside, continuing the family's close connection to the area's industrial character.

He enjoys a good fish-and-chip takeaway, but he is also the most adventurous eater in the family. Pizza is his clear number one for both home cooking and takeaway, with smash burgers close behind and plenty of room for Indian, smokehouse barbecue and other bold flavours. His pages will mix dependable favourites with bolder flavours, new ingredients and dishes inspired by food from further afield.
